Tapestry Rosi is the personal website of Rosi, who lives in Bulgaria and stitches tapestries by hand. It shows her work and gives you a way to get in touch with her. These terms explain how you may use the site. They are meant to be short and fair, so if anything is unclear, please ask.

Who runs the website

The website is run by Rosi. The easiest way to reach her is the contact form.

What the website offers

The site is a portfolio. Each tapestry has its own page with photographs and the details recorded for that piece, such as its size, its thread or its number of colours, where these are known. You cannot buy anything through the website, and you do not need an account to use it.

Sending a message through the contact form does not place an order or create a contract. If you and Rosi later agree on something, such as a purchase, that agreement is made separately and on its own terms.

Photographs and descriptions

Colours can look different on a screen than in daylight, depending on the photograph and your display. Some pages show a tapestry in a frame that was prepared as an illustration of how the piece could be displayed. Those images are labelled as illustrations, and the other photographs show the actual needlework. Rosi takes care to describe each piece accurately, but if a detail matters to you, ask her before relying on it.

Using and sharing the content

You are welcome to look around, share links to any page and use the share buttons on the tapestry pages. When you share, please do not suggest that Rosi endorses you, your business or your organisation unless she has agreed to it.

The photographs, texts and tapestries on this site are protected by copyright, and the rights stay with their owners. Several tapestries are based on paintings or existing designs, and showing them here does not transfer any rights in a photograph, a finished tapestry or an original design. Please ask before copying photographs or text for another website, a publication or any commercial use, unless the law allows that use without permission.

Using the website responsibly

Please use the site lawfully. Do not try to get into its administration area or other non-public parts, interfere with how it works, or use the contact form for advertising, spam or abusive messages.

Links to other websites

The share buttons take you to services run by other companies: Facebook, X (Twitter) and LinkedIn. Other external links, such as those in the privacy policy, lead to websites that Rosi does not control. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there.

Your privacy

The privacy policy explains what information is involved when you visit the site or send a message, including the cookie and browser storage it uses.

Availability and changes

Pages may change as tapestries are added or updated, and the site may sometimes be unavailable because of maintenance or a technical fault. These terms may also be updated, and the date at the top shows the current version. Nothing in them limits the rights you have under the law.
